01 — The problem nobody fixes

The competition problem is the multivitamin's original sin.

Iron and zinc compete. Zinc suppresses copper. Iron and calcium compete. Magnesium and calcium compete at dose. Manganese and iron share the same transporter. Every all-in-one multivitamin — including the premium ones — throws these antagonists into a single dose and quietly accepts the loss.

They then cover it with "bioavailable forms," which improves each nutrient in isolation but does nothing about the competition between nutrients. Better forms are real. But form is not the bottleneck. Separation is.

So we stopped asking "which vitamins should we include?" and started asking "how should the body receive them so it can actually use them?"

An honest note on timing. Take Phase I with or without a light meal, depending on tolerance — B-vitamins and vitamin C can cause nausea on a truly empty stomach. Phase II is easy in the evening; because its fat-soluble vitamins sit in a shared liposomal complex, their absorption holds up whether or not the meal contains much fat — though taking it with food is still a fine habit.
03 — Why each nutrient sits where it does

Every placement traces to a real interaction.

Nothing here is arbitrary. Each phase assignment solves a specific competition or absorption condition — and separating the pairs across two states is precisely what a single daily dose cannot do.

Stated plainly: separation across two states sharply reduces competition in the gut — it doesn't eliminate it, and we don't claim it does. Some mineral pool always persists between phases. What the design does is make the competition far milder than a single all-in-one dose ever can.
04 — What we took out, on purpose

Subtraction is a design decision.

A premium multivitamin is usually judged by how much it contains. We think the more sophisticated signal is what a formulator chooses to leave out — and why.

Iron — removed

Iron is the most antagonistic mineral in the box, and most adults shouldn't take it blind. It belongs in a dedicated product for the people who need it — not forced on everyone at the expense of their zinc, magnesium and copper.

Calcium — near-absent

A full calcium dose competes with iron, magnesium and zinc. Calcium's job is a standalone bone formula, taken apart from a multivitamin — not bulk filler that quietly lowers everything else's absorption.

Excess potency — declined

Every nutrient sits at a foundational, well-tolerated level — enough to let the whole network function, not to overload any single pathway. Gentle, coherent dosing beats headline numbers.

For those who need iron or therapeutic magnesium: the design leaves a clean slot. Take an iron supplement with Phase I, where its helpers — vitamin C, copper, riboflavin, vitamin A — already sit, and ~8–12 hours from the Repair-phase minerals it competes with. Take therapeutic magnesium with Phase II, where magnesium already belongs.
05 — What we don't claim

We use techniques where they earn a result — not as badges.

What sits at the centre of LipoCentric isn't any single delivery technique. It's lipids — and what lipids are for: absorption, utilization, and the result a person actually feels. The name points at that, not at a gimmick. So we reach for a given technology only where it genuinely improves an outcome, and we don't paste it across the range as a marketing badge.

Liposomal delivery is a good example. We use it where it truly helps and skip it where it wouldn't — not in Magnesium or Omega-3, where it wouldn't change the result, but fully in LipoNMN-5™, whose five actives are co-encapsulated together in a single liposome, and selectively in Iron Evolution™, where the iron and its vitamin C helper are liposomal precisely because iron's absorption and tolerance genuinely benefit. In this multivitamin, we don't wrap the whole thing in a liposome — a full-spectrum formula holds twenty-plus incompatible actives, and no one can honestly encapsulate them all together and call it that. Instead we use it in the two places it genuinely earns its keep: a shared liposomal complex for the fat-soluble A/D/E/K, which truly need it, and liposomal vitamin C for gentler tolerance. Precision, not a blanket badge.

We misunderstood the problem.

For decades, the entire multivitamin industry has been answering one question: which nutrients should we put in the bottle, and in what form? More vitamins. Better vitamins. Branded vitamins. Every generation was a better answer to the same question.

But it was the wrong question. It assumed something that isn't true — that nutrients behave independently. That each one arrives, does its job, and leaves, unaffected by the others around it. That assumption is baked into almost every multivitamin ever made, and it is simply false.

Here is the thing most people have never been shown. Nutrients aren't a row of names on a label. Chapter Five

The great bottleneck.

Here's an idea the industry almost never names. Physiology often falls short not because something is missing in large amounts, but because one link limits the whole chain. A single weak point — one nutrient that can't clear its gate — throttles everything downstream of it, no matter how much of everything else is present. In physiology, the system runs at the speed of its narrowest point.

Blood magnesium can stay relatively stable while intracellular stores quietly deplete. The body defends the number you can measure and draws down the reserves you can't — which is why "normal" bloodwork can hide a real gap.

The body stores, invests, rations and reallocates every nutrient according to need. It runs an economy, making allocation decisions all day — which is why simply supplying more of something doesn't guarantee it reaches where you hoped.

This is the deepest argument for coordination. The active form. Partners folate in DNA synthesis and nerve health, and releases the "methylfolate trap." Co-located with folate by design.

A cofactor for fat and carbohydrate metabolism, and for skin, hair and nail structure.
Vitamin Cliposomal ascorbic acid
Antioxidant and collagen cofactor — and it regenerates spent vitamin E and supports iron uptake. Liposomal here for gentle tolerance and brand consistency (at this dose plain C already absorbs well). Kept moderate so it doesn't compete with copper.
Copperbisglycinate
The nutrient that lets iron actually be used, and a cofactor for energy and connective tissue. Placed in the morning to keep it far from evening zinc.
Iodinepotassium iodide
The raw material for thyroid hormone. Without it, the thyroid simply can't produce.
Seleniumselenomethionine
Activates the body's glutathione-peroxidase antioxidant defence, and is required to convert thyroid hormone to its active form. Pairs naturally with iodine.
Molybdenumsodium molybdate
A cofactor for enzymes that clear sulphite and process certain amino acids — small, but genuinely needed.

The coordinator mineral — it improves magnesium absorption and helps stabilise vitamin D, and supports bone and hormone metabolism. Rarely in any multivitamin, though its whole job is helping the others work.
Calciumtrace only
Present only as a carrier trace — deliberately not a full dose, because bulk calcium would sabotage the iron, magnesium and zinc around it. Calcium belongs in a dedicated bone product.
Why these — and not others

The parts were never the secret.

Here's an honest admission most brands won't make: on an ingredient-by-ingredient basis, this formula won't shock anyone. Methylfolate, methylcobalamin, chelated minerals, MK-7 — a well-read formulator has seen all of them. If you lined up the ingredient lists of the best premium multivitamins next to this one, they'd rhyme.

So if you've felt that this looks familiar — you're right, and we won't pretend otherwise. The difference was never a secret ingredient nobody else had discovered. It's three things almost nobody bothers to do:

Everyone has copper and zinc, folate and B12. Almost everyone jams them into one dose where they fight or fail. What's missing from other formulas isn't an ingredient — it's respect for the relationships between them. That's the whole point of two phases.

Iron removed. Calcium reduced to a trace. Most "complete" multis keep both in to look thorough — and quietly lower the absorption of everything else. The hardest, most valuable move in formulation is subtraction, and it's the one competitors avoid because an emptier-looking label feels like weakness.

A few genuinely under-used ingredients

Not secret — just routinely skipped. These are the nutrients that quietly make the others work, and they're missing from most otherwise-similar formulas.

And just as important

Why we said no

No mega-doses (they'd breach the RDA ceiling and unbalance the network), no iron-for-everyone, no bulk calcium, no cheap cyanocobalamin or folic acid, no "liposomal" badge where it changes nothing. Every "no" protects the coordination.

Boron — the one many will not recognise. It improves magnesium absorption and helps stabilise vitamin D, yet it's absent from most multivitamins. Its entire role is helping other nutrients do their jobs — which is exactly why it belongs in a formula built on coordination. (Evidence is still developing, and there's no ICMR RDA — so it sits at a conservative, food-range level.)
Vitamin K2 as MK-7 — many multis use vitamin K1, or skip K entirely. Without K2, vitamin D can raise calcium but not steer it into bone. The D–K2 pair is one of the most commonly missing partnerships in the category.
The activated B-cluster together — R5P, P5P, methylfolate and methyl-B12. Any one of these appears in premium products; all four, as a coordinated set instead of cheap cyanocobalamin and folic acid, is far rarer.
Riboflavin's quiet role — most people think of B2 as an energy vitamin. It also regenerates glutathione and is required for iron use and folate cycling. It's in every formula and appreciated in almost none.

Where absorption actually needs help — and where it doesn't.

You might expect a lipid-focused brand to wrap everything in a liposome. We don't, because most of these nutrients don't need it — and using a technique where it changes nothing is just theatre. Here's the honest map of where delivery matters in this formula:

Solved by form

Magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese

Minerals absorb poorly as cheap oxides and sulphates. The fix here is chelation (bisglycinate/malate) — the evidence-backed route — not encapsulation. Form does the work.

Where liposomal earns its place

Vitamins A, D, E, K2 — as one lipid complex

The four fat-soluble vitamins share a single absorption pathway — they need dietary fat and bile to be taken up. That's precisely why they belong in a shared liposomal carrier: the lipid vehicle does the job a fatty meal would, more consistently, and holds up even when the evening meal is light. Because all four are lipophilic and compatible, encapsulating them together is honest and clean — unlike a whole multivitamin.

Adequate as-is

B-vitamins, iodine, selenium, molybdenum

At RDA-level doses in good forms, these absorb well on their own. Encapsulating them would add cost and change nothing measurable.

Liposomal, for comfort not uptake

Vitamin C

An honest one: at this dose, plain ascorbic acid is already about 80–90% absorbed — its transporters only saturate well above everyday amounts. So we use liposomal C here for gentler tolerance and because we already make it to that standard — not for an absorption uplift it wouldn't meaningfully deliver at this dose.

Where it would earn its place

Iron · high-dose vitamin C

Iron is genuinely poorly absorbed and irritating — a real liposomal case, which is why it lives in Iron Evolution, not here. Vitamin C's transporters saturate at high doses, where liposomal has a rationale — but not at the modest dose used here.

So the honest answer to "where does liposomal belong here?" is precise, not reflexive. The fat-soluble A/D/E/K go into a shared liposomal complex, because they truly share the absorption problem it solves. Vitamin C is liposomal for tolerance and consistency, not for an uptake claim at this dose. Everything else is handled by form and timing. We use the technique exactly where it earns a result — and say so plainly where it doesn't.

Who this is for

One formula, for everyone.

Most brands sell a separate men's and women's multivitamin. The main reason is iron: women often need more of it, many men need less, so the products get split to handle that one nutrient differently.

Ours doesn't include iron at all. Once iron is out of the picture, there's no real reason to split the formula by gender — everything else is built at levels that suit any adult. Set to the higher adult value

A few nutrients — mainly zinc and vitamin A — have a slightly different RDA for men and women. Where they do, the %RDA is measured against the higher figure, so no one goes over.

For everything else, the adult RDA is the same for both.

If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a health condition, or not sure whether you need iron, check with a doctor first. This is an everyday foundational multivitamin, not a treatment.

What's inside each shift.

Here is the whole formula, split into its two phases — the morning capsule for the day shift, the evening capsule for the night. Every nutrient sits at or below one Recommended Dietary Allowance, the ceiling for a health supplement in India, and every form is activated or chelated. This is a development specification: each amount is set against ICMR-2020 RDA and confirmed before anything is printed on a real label.

Coordinator nutrients Quiet helpers like boron and K2 are usually skipped — they don't sell headlines. Included for their supporting role — boron to help magnesium and vitamin D, K2 to direct calcium.
Dosing philosophy Bigger numbers on the label read as "stronger," even past what the body can use. Honest, coordinated doses capped at one RDA — enough for the whole network to function, nothing overstated.
